Alana De La Garza was born in the year 1976 by a Mexican-American father and an Irish-American mother. She has been a popular actress on TV. The parents of De La Garza were Mexican-American and Irish-American. Her birthplace was in Ohio's Columbus on December 26, 1976. De La Garza emigrated shortly to Texas, where she studied the field of physical therapy at the University of Texas. De La Garza didn't stay for long in Texas prior to moving to Orlando, Florida. There she played a range of roles from local independent films to international commercials. In spite of the minor parts, she realized acting as her true passion. After moving from New York and in 2001 she landed her first part in the soap opera daytime All My Children as Rosa Santos. In the beginning of 2000, she was a small part in JAG Las Vegas as well as Two and a Half Men. The first time she had a major role in a series was in the 2004 short-lived series The Mountain.
